We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, organization, email, phone number, pickup and delivery addresses, and shipment details — when you request a pickup, contact us, apply to drive, or create an account. We also collect basic technical data (like IP address and browser type) automatically to operate and secure the site.
We use your information to provide and improve our courier and delivery services, to prepare and send you quotes, to communicate with you (including calling the phone number you provide for follow-up), to process deliveries and proof of delivery, to screen and onboard drivers, and to meet legal and safety obligations.
When we transport items on behalf of a healthcare client and handle Protected Health Information (PHI), we act as a Business Associate under HIPAA and handle that information under a Business Associate Agreement with the client, using appropriate safeguards and limiting use and disclosure to what is necessary to perform the services.

We share it only with our personnel and trusted service providers who help us operate (for example, mapping, hosting, and email delivery), with clients or recipients as needed to complete a delivery, or when required by law.
